Welcome to The Corporate Hotel. By booking or staying at our hotel, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

  • Local ID not allowed (Address should be more than 250 km from hotel address)
  • Smoking and consumption of alcohol not allowed at public areas
  • Guests with fever are not allowed
  • Hand sanitizer is provided in common areas
  • Bachelors allowed
  • Guests below 18 years of age are not allowed at the property unless they are accompanied by their parents / guardians.
  • Linens, towels and laundry are washed as per local guidelines
  • Rooms are properly sanitized between stays
  • Credit and Debit cards are accepted
  • Master Card, Visa Card, American Express Card, Bank Transfer and UPI are accepted
  • Outside food is not allowed
  • Smoking within the room(s) is allowed
  • There are no restrictions on alcohol consumption in the room(s).
  • Bed height or movements is not accessible
  • The entire unit is not accessible by wheelchair
  • The property has a wide entryway
  • Pets are not allowed
  • There are no pets living on the property
  • Social distancing & Physical Distancing protocols are followed
  • Contactless Room service is available
  • Physical Barriers are deployed at appropriate places
  • • Cashless Payment is available

Others Terms & Conditions

  • Passport, Voter Card, Aadhar Card, Driving License and Govt. issued identity cards are accepted as ID proof(s)
  • Visiting card, Office ID and PAN Card are not accepted as ID proof(s)
  • Local ID holder (Address should be more than 250 km from hotel address) strictly not allowed
  • Does not allow private parties or events in rooms
  • Visitors are not allowed at room(s) during stay times
  • Check-in time 13:00 and Check-out time 11:00 am
  • Early check-in and late checkout are subject to room availability and is duly chargeable
  • Kindly carry a valid Government registered photo identity proof which needs to be presented at the front desk while checking in.
  • The hotel reserves the right of admission.
  • Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple
  • Guest can be denied accommodation in the absence of suitable and acceptable proof of Identity
  • In-house guests are requested to refrain strictly from having any personal visitors to their rooms at any time of the day to ensure peace, security and tranquility of other Hotel guests/adjacent rooms, so that discomfort is not caused.
  • Management reserves the right and authority to request the guest to use the hotels public areas for the continuation of discussion/meeting with their visitor
